Offering a revolutionary payment system that allows you to make frictionless in store payments, send money to your friends, receive cashback, and pay for other services, independently from credit and debit cards. This all combined with quick payouts to merchants, combined with great marketing opportunities.
Our Client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional, that believes in the dream of the client. Somebody that has experience working at a fast growing organization.

Tasks
Being the first hire in Germany, you will play a key role in the establishment and growth of the business in Germany.

You will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Close collaboration with the Chief International Development Officer to grow our business into the market leader of Germany
  • Establishing a network in the German FinTech ecosystem
  • Launch operations and set up a local office
  • Designing and implementing the strategy to set up the business for successful in the near future
  • Be the leader of the team, take responsibility, measure KPI’s and improve overall performance
  • Integrate the core values of the client into the German organization
  • Hiring, train, empower and coach the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in team management
  • Sales enthusiast, pro-activity and ownership
  • Strong communication skills and relationship building
  • Analytical and detailed – you look at numbers critically and insightfully
  • German and English are a must-have
