Business Development Representative (Outbound)

For an innovative FinTech player we are currently looking for a Business Development Representative (Outbound). The company has one of the best cloud based payment management systems in the world, which helps their clients to make easier and better decisions. You will take care of growing their client base by generating outbound qualified opportunities in a specific industry. A background in FinTech or banking is a major plus. Further, I am looking for somebody that has a winning mind-set, is not afraid to pick up a phone, and will do everything in their power to be successful 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales Executives to identify opportunities
  • Conduct extensive territory planning for the assigned region
  • Qualify opportunities within specific target industry accounts (lead generation)
  • Keep a structured overview of the sales database 
  • Work in close coordination with your manager to present and implement plans to acquire new business 

Profile

  • 'Hunter' is your middle name
  • 1 year of experience in selling IT products or services via telephone 
  • Preferably having worked in a treasury/finance environment before
  • Passionate about talking to prospects on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication skills English and German
