Description
For our client, a well-established and growing fintech, we are actively looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. Our client is one of the major player in the card management system space, focussing on processing, acquiring and card issuing. Their agile and smart flexible product is used by leading payment institutions all over the world, to run multiple business models on a single innovative platform. 

You will bring skills and experience for the hands-on management of the company’s digital marketing activities. You will understand the complexity behind a software product and translate it to marketing actions. You will be in direct contact with other departments such as delivery, sales, customer support and customer as well to understand technical requirements. You will define the product roadmap and promote it to sales teams. You will participate in the implementation of the go-to-market strategy of a complex payment solution. You will be part a fast growing department, multicultural, with a worldwide presence which will translate in new a rewarding opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the definition and implementation of the go-to-market strategy and product roadmap
  • Develop cost effective digital and BTL marketing strategies
  • Maintain and develop our presence across a wide range of digital channels, and focus on branding
  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
  • Plan and participate in the launch of new products which involve several different departments
  • Negotiation and purchase of media channels to engage and interact with customers
  • Handle market research on current trending product and analysis of performances
  • Management of workshop and marketing events with the marketing/relationship department

Profile

  • You are a Marketing Specialist with a strong portfolio of projects
  • You are passionate about innovative payment solutions, and have a strong affinity for IT/banking/fintech
  • You have a background in digital marketing – fintech/banking/IT-related, and expertise in innovation management or business analysis
  • You have successfully completed your studies in management or finance/maths/stats 
  • You have a mix of creative and analytical mind and a clear analytical ability to evaluate customers experience across multiple channels
  • You want to be part of a multicultural company, with a worldwide presence
  • You want to be part of a company that constantly innovates in the field of digital payments software
  • You are ready to travel about 30 % of your working time
  • Fluent in english and another language
