Product Offering Manager
For one of the global leaders in the Fintech market, we are currently looking for a Product Offering Manager. The company is a pioneer in offline and online payments and well known in the Fintech industry. You will have an end-to-end responsibility of the partner offerings and experience. Next to the definition of the strategy, you will drive hands-on business initiatives to create the most partner-focused payment experience in the world.
- Analysis of market & segment attractiveness to define the business strategy
- Definition of partner personas through observation of needs and value drivers
- Definition of the value proposition and partner engagement models (partner program)
- You will apply an end-to-end approach to optimise the partner journey to secure satisfaction of the end merchant as well as joint success and profitability of the partner relationship
- Evangelisation of the partner segments towards internal stakeholders
- Presentation of the offer to the market
- You are obsessed by creating value for customers and partners
- You are a strategic and big picture thinker who is able work hands-on when solving specific partner challenges
- You are experienced in value proposition definition and customer segmentation
- You are a able to persuade internal & external stakeholders through data analysis and a clear focus on partner needs and benefits
- You have fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken); any other European language is a plus
- You have 5-10 years of experience of Product Management and/or Product Marketing experience, with strong business focus
- You have experience in setting up successful partner programs in the software industry
- Experience in eCommerce industry is a plus
- You are available for occasional travel (5% of your time)
