As part of the PG Recruitment department, the Recruitment Consultant plays an important role in the client delivery process. You’re making sure that the Business Development Consultants and the account managers receive well qualified candidates to deliver an excellent service to our clients. You are in close contact with a lot of people and a lot of different companies.


  • Sourcing candidates through networking, advertising and searching
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to match them to client vacancies
  • Join meetings or phone calls with clients to ensure you know the working environment and all the ins and outs about the position
  • Preparing candidates for interviews
  • Attracting candidates via adverts, different job boards and social media, attending events, headhunting and referrals
  • Building a relationship with your network, make sure they trust you and that you’re the to-go-to person
  • Building relationships by thought leadership, you know everything about the industry and can communicate on an equal level
  • Constantly updating the CRM-system, make sure all relevant information is in it
  • Providing an excellent service to our candidates beyond expectations

You’re objective to find at least three candidates per open position. You have the ability to retain existing candidates in our network and to build new relationships. Besides that, you have the ability to generate X% a growth of new profiles to the database. The competences you possess are:
