- Support the Sales and Marketing teams
- Administrative tasks such as appointment and travel coordination
- Help with event and fair coordination
- Preparation of contracts and tenders, maintenance of templates, document management
- Care of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- 2-5 years of professional experience in the field of sales assistance and in the organizational area
- Very good German and English knowledge (spoken and written)
- IT-background and -understanding with focus on internet / search technologies are an advantage
- Market and industry-knowledge in the IT environment are desirable
- Distinctive customer orientation
- Willingness to travel
- Commitment, reliability and resilience
