About the company
Our client is a growing international Payment Service Provider, especially in online payments. They offer a large variety of digital payments methods. Currently, they connect more than three new payments methods per month to their platform and support international development in multiple currencies in order to satisfy many of their users. In order to accelerate their growth internationally, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager. He/she will be responsible for driving new business and selling payments acceptance products.


  • Define the sales objectives and develop the strategy to achieve them, working in pairs with Head of Sales / CEO
  • Sell payments acceptance products
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close deals
  • Analyze the competition
  • Detect and analyze new customer needs
  • Analyze RFPs and decide whether you should respond (according to its weak and strong points, the state of competition…)
  • Lead and ensure prospection
  • Write business proposals
  • Develop and lead a network of contacts or business partners


  • Experienced Payments professional (5+ years) with successful track-record in a similar position, in an international context
  • Key account hunter, strong strategic dimension (c-level contact but also with more operational people, understanding customer dynamics)
  • Good knowledge of the ecosystem / payment’s value chain / Acquisition and acceptance of merchants
  • Expert use of SalesForce
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Proactive and initiative minded
  • English and French are mandatory
