Senior Sales Manager
For an innovative Fintech player we are currently looking for a Senior sales manager. The company has one of the best cloud based payment management systems. This helps their clients to make easier and better decisions. You will take care of growing their enterprise client base in the DACH market. A background in Fintech or banking is a major plus. Further, am I looking for somebody that has a winning mind-set and will do everything in their power to be successful
- Contribute to the further improvement of suitable processes, strategies and structures that are necessary for the achievement of targets as well as expanding the business
- Expansion of the business generate new customers
- Close coordination with the management (direct reporting line to the CEO) and the Marketing Team
- Proven track record in sales specifically in the acquisition of new customers both nationally and internationally
- Performance orientated and high self-motivation
- Competence and the ability to move safely at all management levels(particularly CFO level)
- 5 years direct sales experience
- Excellent communication skills English and German
