To strengthen their team, we're currently helping them with their search for a Technical Merchant Support Engineer.
- Provide integration support with regard to their product platform
- Support for the automation of set-up processes
- Documentation of solutions developed for customer support
- In-depth understanding of technical issues
- Basic knowledge of databases and XML
- Excellent command of English & German
- Previous experience in Payments would be advantageous
