Technical Support Manager (fluent in French & German)
Our client is a leading international Payment Service Providers enabling merchants and white label customers to process global multichannel payments. Their state of the art Payment Gateway offers mobile, online and in store payment solutions.
To assist their key clients, we're in search for a Technical Support Manager with experience in configuration and testing integrations.
Location: Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich or Hamburg
- Technical consulting and supporting merchants on international payment methods via telephone, e-mail, occasionally onsite)
- Providing assistance to address fraud and operational issues
- Coordinating with development teams to solve technical issues
- Configuration and Testing of merchant integrations
- Experience in technical customer support; experience in the payment industry is an advantage
- Strong interest and affinity for technology
- Customer and service orientation as well as an open-minded and communicative personality.
- Teamwork and a cooperative, solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent English & French skills, in written and verbal form
